What is Language Through Science?


Language Through Science (LTS) is a program that ignites excitement in science and develops pre-reading skills in young students.  Ideal for State PreK and Head Start programs.

Why is Science Important in the Early Childhood Classroom?

Science is a natural topic in which students can develop their exploration skills and natural curiosity, while learning new concepts and vocabulary words!  Through LTS, students will engage in fun, hands-on activities that set the stage for future science learning.

Staff Presents at ASHA Schools Conference in Kansas City, MO

July 17-19 | John Lybolt and Kate Gottfred presented poster sessions on Classbooks, Language Through Science and Language for Scholars to attendees of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association 2009 Schools Conference. The Schools Conference is an annual meeting of speech language pathologists and audiologists who partner with teachers in classrooms around the country.
